Description: If you want a dog that you can take anywhere and do anything with this is the class for you! This class builds on everything from the beginner class but with more distractions and preparation of everyday scenarios.

This class will fine-tune you and your dog’s skills and prepares your dog to listen in any setting. Including when you have visitors or out for walks. Weather permitting classes will also be held outdoors to get exposure to new environments.

I make application to enroll my dog in a training class(s) /consultations to be conducted by Whitney Shaver. I acknowledge that there is an element of risk and I hereby release and forever discharge Positive Prints and their staff, from all actions, claims and demands whatsoever for any damage, loss, or injury to person, property or animal, which may be sustained in consequence of the class taken. If a private lesson is canceled by the student 24 hours notice must be provide to be able to reschedule the lesson. If 24 hours is not given the lesson will still require payment. I certify that to the best of my knowledge that my dog is in good health, has current vaccinations and has not been in contact with any infectious diseases. I have read and agree to abide by the rules and regulations of Positive Prints.

COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, provincial, and local governments and federal and provincial health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Positive Prints have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, however cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Attending the events could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of the COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending this event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 during training with Positive Prints may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, club members, volunteers, and program participants and their families.

I attest to the best of my knowledge, I do not have Covid-19, any possible symptoms or been found positive. I agree I will not knowingly expose others to any illness I may have or be at risk to have. I will follow Positive Prints requirements to reduce exposure and the possibility of spreading the virus. I understand if I do not follow the guidelines I will be asked to leave the class or the class will end with no refund.
